The Cedarbrook Seahawks Swim Team consists of the Seahawks (also referred to as the "Big Team,") and the Kiddie Hawks, a developmental pre-team. 'Kiddie Hawks' is a developmental “pre-team” for young swimmers, usually ages 5-8 years old. Attention will be given to improving stroke technique and endurance. Kiddie Hawks must be able to swim one length of the pool unassisted. The coaches will assess the swimmers to see if they are ready for Kiddie Hawks. Movement from Kiddie Hawks up to Big Team is possible throughout the season. Cedarbrook has a great swim lesson program for children who are not quite ready for swim team.
